you would like to have a personal website done featuring yourself,
there are a few details that need to be put together first. The
first thing you would need is a domain. A domain is your web address
such as www.fantasygirlcalendars.com, that can be purchased at
www.directnic.com, ww.godaddy.com, etc.....
This is the way viewers find your site.
....The second thing is a web hosting account. There are thousands of companies that provide this service but its up to the customer to review different companies to decide what company is best for you. This step can be complicated and is usually assisted by the Webmaster such as myself. I recommend you click on the hostgator bannner below (you can also get your domain here as well). After you have your domain and web hosting account then can get started designing your website. After you have paid your deposit you can either set up a shoot with us or you can give us a CD with photos you already have done. Photo-editing is a big part of putting together your personal website. If you give us a CD of images shot by other photographers there will be a fee charge for picture editing if needed. If AWP shoots your pictures there is no charge for editing depending on the number of pictures, unless it falls into the SEVERE category, www.AWP247.com/air-brushed.htm . After we have gotten the image details resolved we can move forward in design your website. Most web design is done in html, if other languages such as php, cold-fusion, flash or other interactive animations are using, the design cost will increase based on what you request. Each website can take different amounts of times to complete based on the complexity of the design and number of pages, but most sites will be complete in 10 business days after we have images and content from the customer (unless otherwise noted). If you are a model building your website for the first time, you are gonna see that it’s a work in-progress . As the webmaster of my websites AWP247.com and FantasyGirlCalendars.com , both of my websites have been a work in progress over the last few years because I’m always adding new images to my portfolio and products to my stores. In my opinion that’s what make a great website, hot pictures and items to sell. Our model websites start at $799, but prices may vary depending on content of the site. Deposits are usually 50%..... SUMMARY 1. Pay deposit 2. Purchase Domain 3. Purchase Hosting Account 4. Hosting account setup for nameservers, emails, ftp, directories, etc..... (done by AWP) 4. Create a SITE MAP, by deciding on what you want on each page such as HOME page, GALLERY page, and what text you want on these pages. 5. Give all text and details to AWP and we will start designing your website. 6. Pay remaining balance. 7. Now you are officially on the internet!!!!! Don't forget updates are extra.............
